Gentle parenting is about guiding instead of controlling,
connecting instead of punishing,
and encouraging instead of demanding.
It's about listening, understanding, responding and communicating.

If I get enough time, we'll have goat chops, sauteed zucchini and oven fries. If not, we'll thaw out some chicken soup from the freezer.

Ok, I still have no idea but what I DO know is that someone has to invite me over, and quickly invent a teleporter so I can have some of these delicious meals!

DH and Gabby aren't home so I probably won't eat. The new meds I'm on make my appetite non existent.

Is everything ok? You have to eat something. What about toast? Does your belly hurt?

I made grilled chicken and baked beans tonight. It was so yummy. And Drake, of course had mac and cheese. Well, sorta. He did not want it so he ate his peas instead.

I just drank a slim fast shake so I would at least have some nourishment. I finally got to see a new doctor about some issues I've been having and he prescribed klonopin for my anxiety and clonidine for adult add. So far I feel wonderful, just not hungry, not that I'm complaining I need to lose at least 100lbs.
