I wouldn't say we're extremely active people, but we get at least 1 hour of physical activity a day (aside from them running around the house lol). My daughter gets more from sports. But every morning we go outside and play and there's lots of running around, jumping on the trampoline, etc. Our kids also go conditioning type exercises (they think it's fun--we never make them). My daughter can do 100 push ups at once and she can do up to 12 one-armed push ups on each arm. She is crazy strong and the reaction we get from people when they see this is hilarious.
How much physical activity do your little ones get?

Right now with the snow and all that not much outdoor activity (we do take him out to play in it though!) but he gets a lot of exercise at the sitters and then at home, we chase him, he runs around with the dogs. . .etc.
With the weather, we haven't really been getting outside enough lately, but she is running around all day long... chasing the dogs, wanting me to tickle her, or just running back and forth. She also spends a lot of time spinning and trying to jump
Once it is nicer out, we will try to get out to the park most days. There is a huge field and a basketball court, so I'm sure if I bring a ball, we will be running all over.
Prolly a decent amount. We are either outside or at an "indoor playground" most days of the week. If not out of the house, the boys will make an indoor playground here...and some days that is fine (others, not so much mama tolerance). Kieran is more active (by nature) than Liam is. But I do notice that as Kieran is getting older and initiating more running and climbing, Liam is doing more too. If I had to estimate...prolly an hour each day. Unless we are at the park or the indoor bouncehouse place...then several hours
The only exercise we get outside of the day to day stuff is when I take them to a playgroup at the gym on Mondays. They always go pretty crazy, so I'm sure I should do more.
It's been a long winter.
