Why is it basically almost impossible for DH to stay awake when Drake is rolling around in bed, kicking him in the head and fussing? Me, I cannot sleep at all, and when he moves the slightest I wake up. Not DH, he is snoring away and it's really irritating

Gentle parenting is about guiding instead of controlling,
connecting instead of punishing,
and encouraging instead of demanding.
It's about listening, understanding, responding and communicating.

So know what you mean. I have to literally punch, pinch, or push DH out of bed to wake him up. L can scream and he doesn't budge. So annoying!

Last night Drake had an eczema attack, which means he is VERY itchy and is uncomfortable. He is not crying, just fussing, scratching and cannot lay still. Well last night I was up with him from 12:47 am until almost 4 am. He was rolling around, I changed him 3 times, he was fussing, kicking DH in the head, you name it. You mean to tell you you do NOT feel that?!
