Cold cereal for breakfast (wheat chex). Snack was toast with butter and jelly. Then for lunch my FIL (here to help with M and G since I'm not fully functional yet) made a hash of steak and grilled veggies leftovers from last night with eggs. And tomato. Yum. I might have a nut bar soon. I think we will get Thai takeout for dinner.
I am planning ahead for when I can shop and cook again, and I have a cool new app called What's For Dinner, and am using Evernote to store recipes I want to try. Hopefully I actually use these things when real life hits again but it is great to have a huge stack of good looking recipes that I can easily search (by ingredient or whatever). And What's For Dinner has some amazing meal planning and grocery list tool that may actually lead me to plan ahead meals. With 2 LOs I will need to be more organized!!!
Toaster strudel for breakfast. Pulled pork sandwich for lunch with sweet potatoes fries. Snack was chicken fingers. Dinner was chicken pot pie. Snack was bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Brownies for dessert.
I'll do today - Tuesday. I had 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. I had two frozen vegetable egg rolls for lunch. I had a snack of dried banana chips and two ginger snap cookies. Dinner was creamy avocado pasta with peppers, tomatoes, and pork added (recipe link below). Had a handful of pita chips after dinner. And because I'm up at 1am with a teething baby I just grabbed a piece of whole wheat toast with butter.
Yesterday, I had a buttered bagel and a glass of milk for breakfast, a granola bar for a snack, some leftover homemade pizza for lunch, some crackers with peanut butter for a snack, chicken noodle soup for dinner, and some peanut butter cups as a reward for actually getting off my butt and going grocery shopping after Eleanor was in bed
