Just wondering if your DH's or SO's support Attachment Parenting.... Did they believe in it before you had kids? Do they do it now?

Just curious!

My dh loves attachment parenting. He wishes he could be more involved but can't since he works nights. He LOVES clothe diapers LOL he does the laundry for me actually. He loves sleeping with Freja (on nights he's home or for naps) He can't wait for new baby to be born

Aww that's so good to hear, girls!!

Ross loves AP ... He's not really into hearing crying! He also appreciates the $$ we save by breastfeeding

Eh...not as much as I wish he'd be. I dunno. He's perfectly happy to let me do all the parenting it seems, he's only involved if it's fun. Once she starts crying or needs something other than playtime, it's back to mom.

Girl, that is how I feel. My DH does not support it other than the BF'ing part.

My DH does. He loves to have Kiera in the sling or carrier, and we co-sleep.

DH didn't know what attachment parenting was until I told him. I explained it to him that a lot of what we do as parents falls under AP. He wanted to use my sling, but he was too big. For our next baby I'm going to find a cool guy sling. Anyone know who sells Camouflage slings?

100%. He loves CDing. He actually suggested it to me. (I was like no way at first, but then (and now) I LOVE it, and wouldn't have it any other way!

And we both love having Natty close (he actually co-sleeps with her when she's not in her crib) and in the Baby Bjorn.

My fiance supports it 100%. When I talked about it when pregnant he was all for it and I knew he would be. We are both enviromentally friendly, he's vegan and I'm vegetarian... so he loved the whole aspect of natural parenting, like cloth diapers, and making organic baby food when the time comes for her to eat solids.

He loves co-sleeping, carrying her around in a Mei Tai... it's great!
