i live in Massachusetts as well as the rest of my family and just wanted to say that this policy has been pretty much totally inaffective...being forced to have health insurance without reasonable means to go about it makes no sense. most people i know opted to just face the tax penalty and go without it, because the fee is a lot more affordable than the insurance. thankfully ours is provided by my husband's work but at no small cost.
