wow. I never thought of it that way. I had my child vaxinated with great hesitation at his 2 year shots, felt anxiety about it immediately wondering if I had made the right decision, and coincidentally he had already been exposed to the chicken pox before he got the shot, and came down with it a few weeks later. So I guess he is double immune... who knows. Either way, I did not intentionally expose him to the chicken pox as he was around children who were contagious but had not yet presented, but I'd still have considered intentionally exposing him given the opportunity. I guess I am just glad I don't need to make a choice on the matter now.
