I don't see this as something to scare people but to make them more aware. I had bleeding with first pregnancy and had complications with my other pregnancies as well. I am glad to see this study because maybe doctors will start being more cautious with patients who have had bleeding in the past instead of acting like "oh spotting is normal." I would rather be monitored more closely.

I am glad they are finally seeing the connection. I had bleeding with all my pregnancies. Delivered my first at 35 weeks and my second had to be on bedrest from 30 weeks on because of preterm labor. Thanks for posting this patty.
