I live here in town where that happen..and imho it woulda been her that would have needed the ambulance. If my kid EVER pistol whipped me I would just loose it. I would not only press chargers on her I would then send her off to a school to help her "adjust" her attitude issues.

I'm pretty sure I would press charges too... and also NOT sign for the car...
