Abercrombie criticized for selling push-up tops to little girls - CNN.com#

Quote:
Its "Ashley" bikini -- described as "padded" and a "push-up" -- was posted on the Abercrombie Kids website earlier this week.

The product is now being offered as a padded, "striped triangle."
There are hundreds of articles and blog posts about these suits. Do you think they are appropriate for the age group? Some people have commented that it may help young girls be more comfortable - we all know the effects of cold air after being in a pool - and that the padding can help them be less embarrassed. Some moms have said that the padding is very thin - they said they bought it and didn't even realize it was padded, and others say it's a thick padding. What are your thoughts?

Ugh, Abercrombie and Fitch has to wear out sometime, and I hope it's soon. They have crappy clothes that I could make at home.

Anyways, I don't think push up bikinis should be worn by young girls. Padded, yes. I liked having the padding there when I was younger because it made me feel more comfortable when swiming in front of others.
