Even though I couldn't have watched it as I don't have In Demand .... that still sucks and it doesn't suprise me. God forbid anyone tell the truth, nowadays.

Whatever happened to freedom of speech???? I mean, really, even if you don't like what someone has to say, ppl still have a right to say it. It's not like he is spewing hate speech, KWIM? I could personally care less anyway, I don't really like Michael Moore, but I still think that ppl have the right to see it. Broadcasting companies have no problem airing things like Temptation Island, and letting Janet Jackson show her breast on national TV, but heaven forbid someone speak their mind about something.

YEAH!!!! You know I wouldn't have minded it if they'd shown FarenHYPE 911 right after, or if Moore hadn't planned on having a Bush Bash in the same special afterwards, but by having a Bush bash and not showing the other side its a 3hr campaign ad and that should be illegal. Actually, I think it is and the company didn't want to get into possible litigation. Its nothing but lies that have been debunked even by the hero he touts throughout the movie, Richard Clarke and many others, including the newspaper who sued him for his forgery of newspaper headlines in their paper that never existed. I don't think its a matter of freedom of speech at all, he has a right to say what he wants but that doesn't mean a company who is interested in profit has to put it on the air if they think its going to cost them money, customers or more headaches than its worth. There is no constitutional right to being heard.

#1-Have you seen Farenheit 9/11?
#2-Should the Sinclair Group be allowed to show Stolen Honor...a propaganda piece about John Kerry that is in the midst of litigation for libel by a person interviewed in the film?
#3-The FCC no longer has a "fair time" rule...which is why a so-called non-partisan "news" source like Fox is allowed to be so blatanly pro-Bush.
#4-Farehheit 9/11 is not a documentary...it is biased...but to call all it's contents lies is pretty ignorant. And it would be a Pay-Per-View event...meaning that people don't have to watch it...or be subjected to it's contents. This cannot be said for Sinclair.
