Wow.......and americans tend to think breastfeeding infants is a off topic subject. I wonder what would happen if it was found someone was doing that here???

My own father told me once that to Bf past 6m was a fetish for the woman. I just looked at him and told him it was people with attitudes like his that keep the formula companies going because they make people feel wrong. That my boobs were tools not toys and anyone who tried to tell me diffrent could just keep their mouths shut because I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT!! I am sad that I was unable to BF the twins longer....anyway that is going WAY off topic isnt it??? Kinda wacky minded because of the decisions I made today LOL.

I haven't read the article, but apparently, they've removed the daughter from her custody. I think that was a little extreme.

Wow, that is a little extreme. Is it illegal to breastfeed your dog? I would NEVER do it, but I couldnt imagine them taking her daughter away because of it.

That whole situation just seems odd... I also love animals, but if they needed milk, I would buy them specialized milk from their species (e.g. kitten milk). There was no need to remove the girl from her mother's custody because of breastfeeding the dog...hmmmm...still seems weird....
