Ok. On the radio you always hear something like,

"We're playing the best of the 80's, 90's, and today."

What is the next catch phrase going to be on the radio???

"Playing the best of the 80's, 90's, double O's, and today......"

LOL..... OK.. No one has to respond to this... LOL....It might just be a thread that later I will be emberassed to have posted.

I know a girl whose due date is on that day. It would freak me out.. I'd sit there with my legs closed and body still until it became 6/7

Why? It's just a number.. I mean, is 666 even in the Bible or is it something we made up, like werewolves and vampires?

I don't think 666 is in the bible and designated to Satan.. I could be wrong but I have never studied on it...

All I can say is those that have faith in God and Jesus, Satan has no power over them... no matter what day it is or what number is attatched to whatever.

I know that no one in my church is scared of the number 666, I'm not.. There used to be a rumor about a little town here in West Va.. actually the town I work in... that as you come down the mountain and look over the town at night you can see 666 written in the lights. LOL.... I guess if you look hard enough you will see anything you want. LOL..

But, I don't even worry about 666. No power over me..

On my last post may have sounded like I laugh at superstitions... but I don't. I know I shouldn't but I do, especially with navy tales!

Well, it is a superstition, but it originated in the Bible (although some manuscripts say the number of the beast is actually 616)

This was from that site:
The Number of the Beast is mentioned in the Book of Revelation of the Christian New Testament and has long been accepted to be 666. In some interpretations of Christian eschatology the "Beast" is believed to refer to an entity controlled by an Antichrist.

Stanley Kubrick (director of 2001: A Space Odyssey) died 666 days before January 1, 2001.

The last one was just kinda fun.

Every hotel or large building I have ever been in doesn't have a 13th floor. They skip from 12 to 14. I just thought I would throw that in there. Does anybody else notice this?

I've been wondering since December of 1999 what this decade is called. I still have no answer.
