I think most people will just see it as a parody, I really don't see anyone getting angry or upset. Parody movies are common every year highlighting the biggest movies of the year. I think Lady Gaga is also parodied in this. It beats the Twilight Porn that came out last year. And to please all audiences, there is also a gay porn, Twinklight
Twinklight looks like it excelled in cinemetography, set design, costuming, choice of actors and overall better bad-assery. I think that word might hit the JM censors

Those girls got so popular among fans that they now go to all the Twilight Conventions and are the official Event Speakers and moderate panels and so on. They also teach their dances and have a dance off at the ball on Sat nights. 2 girls and like one camera, no production crew other than their Apple computers.
Hillywood is the entire reason that my husband knows the real Twilight cast. Basically he helped set up the room at Twicon where we were going to learn the Hillywood dances. They asked him to stay on staff, he ended up as Jackson Rathbone's security guy the rest of the event
Hillywood guys, and Clint in the background
Learning the dance (LadyCoconut, one of the JM Admin's is next to me. She was like 3 months pregnant with Lily)

Yes ...that is exactly what I was talking about. That is pretty neat you got to experience all that...ibet it was a lot of fun. I always wanted to go to a comic con or the twicon....
I thought the cons were DWEEB-ville. Till I went to one. They are actually pretty dadgum fantastic. I think Comic-Con is the newest "cool" thing to do. Too bad that it came about a generation late for alot of those pure, true Old Skool Star Trek and Star Wars fans. Sorry guys? How about we make it up to your sons in this generation?

I personally hate the vampire genre stuff. Ew. Never liked it. Never liked the horror movies with vampires, and I love scary movies. I do not like Twilight. I might watch this though, just because it will probably make me laugh since it's a spoof of vampires
yeah, most of my friends are not into the vampire genre.
But I have always been, my mother got me into it. We watched Buffy and Angel back in the day together. And I watched all the vampire movies of the time..Lost boys, Salems Lot, dracula...etc So I have always been into it...wish my mom was here to experience the recent vampire craze...it would be fun to have someone to watch it with.
My s/o has one of the screeners for this downloaded, and I found it wickedly hilarious. Even as a Twilight fan (who admits that Twilight pretty much sucks), I couldn't stop laughing at it.
I just watched this and I have to say most of the funny scenes are in the trailer, as per usual. There were maybe a couple of scenes I somewhat chuckled at but overall, it was pretty weak and dumb.

I've seen way better and equal parodies for free online, such as the one you posted. The actress that played "Becca" did a great job on Kristen Stewart and caught a lot of her mannerisms. A lot of the jokes were not original and not even that funny, I did expect a bit more. The Black Eyed Peas reference is still my favourite after seeing the movie.
And if you aren't a Twilight fan, I wouldn't bother seeing it. It basically follows the first two movies and makes light hearted jokes but it honestly was almost like watching the movies over again. There was one tiny "True Blood" reference (the drink) and one small "Buffy" reference and the rest is totally Twilight.
Oh, and Lauren, I have it online so if you are interested in watching it then you can let me know. And anyone else knows how to send large files over email
