I must confess, I love wind chimes! Of course, I am picky about the sound they make...I do not like wooden ones or tin ones...or heaven forbid, bone ones. That being said, I have been on a quest to find the perfect set of wind chimes to hang outside on my front porch (yes, I am a nerd with no life ) and I am pleased to say ladies, I have found the most spectacular set!!! I found these The prettiest music ever! at my local Rural King (yes, I live in the rural midwest and we go to the local Rural King for fun - yeehaw!). Anyhoo, I got the pentatonic soprano set and I love hearing it when I'm lying in bed at night Listen here if you click on the pentatonic soprano link it will play you the sound I get to hear everyday. Anyway, that's my rave today!! I'm on a new topics kick....I need sugar or something.

I have this problem too. DH also says they wake the baby so whenever I put them up.....he takes them down.

At least I've been warned!

The sound is so soothing.. You'd think it would help baby sleep.

I think it's soothing. Also, the sound "sound rhythm vibration" repels negative energy so happy living LOL!

They help me sleep.....Plus if a baby is used to something, it doesn't bother them anyway (usually). When Owen was little, Mike would try to keep the house quiet when he was sleeping....Not me! LOL I would get the pans out and bang on them. He can sleep though just about anything. (except wet pants )

My dad used to play his stereo loud.. I have slept through a broken window and police being upstairs.. DH swears I could sleep through a tornado.

I used to not be a fan of windchimes, but then I went on vacation down the shore last summer and the house we stayed at had them on the porch. I have some awesome memories of sitting on the front porch at night, with a glass of wine and the salty breeze blowing my hair, just listening to the windchimes and in the distance, the ocean waves.

I still haven't bought any yet LMAO But at least I like them now!

We're another house that definitely keeps the house noisy despite the baby. That's part of how I taught Eric night from day - because daytime was noisy whether he was sleeping or not! I love wind chimes - DH and I keep drooling over the giant ones at the Renaissance fairs, but can't afford them yet. One of these years...!
