When I was a teen, my friend's dad (who was a butcher) told me what hot dogs are made of. I stopped eating them, even though they smell so darn good. My DH came home from work a few weeks ago and said a guy told him about these Kosher hotdogs. I thought to myself, "I could probably handle that". So, we went in search of these recommended Yummy KOSHER hot dogs.Found them at my local super Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Ladies, these are fantabulous if I do say so myself. And I can eat them without wanting to gag (I can't help it, I'm a very visual person lol). Now, if you are a vegetarian or a vegan please disregard this post entirely.
Dh and I know what hot dogs are made of.. and lovingly say so whenever we eat them. I'm sure Sam (who will be much smarter than her parents) will be interested in your Kosher hot dogs! Really though, a healthier hot dog is just better tasting.
Oh, girlfriend - you are singing to the choir! I have a CASE of Hebrew National hotdogs in my freezer. That is what the street vendors sell here in DC, and ever since my first taste, I haven't been able to eat another kind of dog.
