So, I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed way back in Jan. of '00. For some unknown reason, they didn't feel the need to remove the last one. Well, now it is partially erupted (the others were completely impacted) and my mouth is just ACHING. It's like...on one hand all I want to do is gnaw on that side of my mouth to get it to come all the way in (ya know, when teeth are coming up and you just constantly have the urge to bite down?)...but then again, since it is partially impacted, it will never be able to come all the way up (it is coming up at an angle and the tooth in front of it is blocking half of it from erupting).

GGRRRRR. My mouth is just radiating! I hate dentists! LOL. I am like terrified of going under too (the last time I was knocked out I had an NDE, which isn't scary in itself, but just the thought that something could go wrong scares me).

Someone take this ###### tooth out! lol

You could try Highlands Teething Tablets. They work wonders for Donovan.

Oooh I hate wisdom teeth! When my bottom ones finally broke through it was like 2 weeks of hell! I chewed on my sons washcloths haha

Mine need to be removed as well. But nobody will do it until I'm done BFing and who knows when that will be. They seem to think that people can't have any kind of anethisa*sp* or pain medication. I wonder how people have major abdominal surgery and are able to BF after...

I have used Hylands teething tablets, and most days it works wonderfully -- other days well ya know.
