What is something you KNOW you shouldnt do but just cant help it? (I'm not speaking illegally)

Like I've tried having our family go without soda in the house, and its impossible. Seriously. We are such soda addicts. I know its bad, but there are worse things huh? Between the 4 of us, (Cade's too young for more than a sip) we probably go through a case a week (24 cans)

Chips and salsa. Seriously!

I have curbed our caloric/fat intake, though, by buying the Tostitos baked instead of the regular kind, but still.

I guess it's better than chips with sour cream dip, though.

Ditto on the soda. We drink too much soda here too. I feel guilty sometimes because there's no nutrutional value in it but not guilty enough to stop drinking it altogether
I have to agree on chips and salsa too...we go through a lot of that around here as well. We're into the tomatillo salsa right now.

Ice cream! It's one of my biggest weaknesses. Oh, and cheesecake. Between those two, it's no wonder I am overweight! *LOL*

The Internet. I spend too much time on it instead of interacting with dd.

Taking risks that I probably shouldn't in sport I'm a terrible adrenalin junkie. It's even worse, now that my oldest is riding and wants to do everything I do.

Um, well I'm a smoker and that's at the top of my list. It's the only thing that curbs stress for me so I try not to sweat it.

McDonalds... I used to work there so you'de think I'd have it out of my system. Nope.

And the internet. I easily could spend a whole day dallying around finding freebies and such. Working on my blog. It's redicuious.
