Days and Nights Mixed Up

Anybody else have a baby with their days and nights mixed up? Do you know any tricks for getting baby's days and nights straightened out.

Christian had been doing ok but then last night we were up almost all night. He wasn't upset but he was just wide awake and everytime we would put him down in his bed he would get pissed. As soon as I picked him up he was fine and he just sat in my lap looking around.

I have no idea how to get his days and nights swapped. I try to keep him up during the day but it is just impossible.

We've dealt with this with a few of our kids. My Grampa swears by holding the baby upside down and rotating them counter clockwise. I guess he did it with my older brother and it worked. So anyway, we added our pediatrician about that theory and if she'd ever heard of such a thing. She said she had never heard of that technique, but that it sounded like it was the same as "reversing the birth". She explained that a baby comes down the birth canal a certain way and when you reverse that, it can help with numerous things. She laid our baby on the patient bed on his back, gently started turning his head to one side and his body naturally started turning with his head. Our lives were forever changed, he was "fixed". This was with our third baby...
