Chicken Stuffing Bake
So good and so easy
Boneless chicken breasts
Can of cream of chicken soup and a dash of milk
swiss cheese (one slice per breast)
Box of stuffing (dried stuff)
Put chicken in a cassorole dish
Cover each breast with a piece of the cheese
mix soup with maybe 1/4 cup milk and pour over chicken
Cover with the dry stuffing mix (for 4 breasts I use about 1/2 box)
Bake at 350 for 50 mins
YUM! SO good with mashed potatoes.
Thought I'd mention. A lot of times I leave out the cheese and it is still yum.
