Asian Apricot Meatballs
I made these Sunday night and my kids LOVED them.
5 lbs of frozen meatballs (or if you have time make your own)
1 jar of Apricot jam
1 jar of Hoisin sauce
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of ketchup
1 tsp of fresh ginger
Combine in a crock pot and let cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours.
