Food/Exercise Log 6/24
 
Record what you do today; meals, exercise, water, etc.:

Breakfast- coffee; oatmeal w/ raisins
Lunch- peanut butter and banana sandwiches; V8 juice; homemade brownie
snack- small cup popcorn chicken @ wal-mart; cherries
Dinner- nachos; watermelon
snack- will have some sherbert

Water- almost all of today's gallon, probably will finish overnight

Exercise- Prenatal Yoga, 46 min.

Breakfast- 1C Oatmeal Squares w/ milk, coffee
Lunch- corn (I know I am bad, thats all I ate)
Snack- MAD craving for chocolate=brownie
Supper-Kids want pizza but now I want nachos!!

Exercise- kite flying... does that count?
