I usually don't, but studies have shown that you're more likely to lose weight if you eat breakfast, so I had a banana this morning....does that count? LOL

Yes it counts! As long as you have SOMETHING to get your metabolism going. I do slimfast for breakfast and lunch, so it's easy. If I had to make breakfast every morning, I probably would skip most days!! I'll find out in a few days if it's made any difference!
