on the elliptical today...I hate to admit it but my slacking off has caused me to gain 4lbs...I am SO NOT happy about this...I was doing good at holding steady....but then bam....there it was blah...I know I can work it back off but some days I just get frustrated...why do I have to work so hard to get it off and keep it off???? ugh okay....pity party over...LOL
65mins today and have been doin 30-40mins a day plus walking, no walk today though since its cold and the girls dont have school
