EPO or RRT

Did you use or will you use EPO or RRT? Do you think they helped in anyway?

I used both and will use them again.I wait till I'm closer to 3rd tri before I start the tea, just because I'm not a big herbal tea fan and have to force myself to drink it LOL!! I do believe it's beneficial, because it's herbal, and just like any food that grows from the ground, it has great benefits for you.I like EPO because I think it helps just keep things lubricated and all that fun stuff down there. Since I've never not used it, and since there aren't a whole lot of studies done on it and what not, I don't know how well it actually softens the cervix, but I totally believe it. I use them vaginally towards the end and they always cause strong braxton hicks/contractions so... yea, I guess I'll still do the same thing this time. Doesn't hurt IMO lol.

I only used both with Payson and we all know how her labor went. I found them both helpful and found the tea calming.

I'm sure it's because I've been "out of the community" for nearly 6 years - but what is EPO and RRT? :)
