MW asked me about this last night....i guess she's figured out i'm LIKELY to refuse "routine" things at this point. LOL. I briefly researched it last night, it's scary being that what it tests for is symptomless, and the test IS just a heel stick, but it's pretty much too late by the time they test anyway...so it seems a little pointless, also the liklihood that baby has it is 1 in 20,000....i'm refusing tests for things A LOT more common than that :P But i have read it is more common in Native Americans, and DH and i BOTH have a bit...so i guess I'll do it anyway, and better safe than sorry....just wanted to know what you guys thought.

We pretty much forgot to do it with the boys...

It's useless anyway until the baby has been getting milk (real milk, not colostrum) for 24 hours.

I know, we're "supposed" to do it at 1 week.
