What do you use?
Do you use anything special to help you lose weight/stay in shape?
I am sure I am probably one of the last ones with weight to lose. I was 191 pre-pregnancy, and I went up to about 245.
Now, I am 232. I really haven't lost that much. I want to get back down to at least 160! I have started walking on my treadmill and tracking my eating/activity on Noom, an app for Androids.
Is there anything special that you use? A FitBit? Pedometer? Weight Watchers? How does it work for you? Anyone taking supplements that have helped them?

I doubt you're one of the last ones at all. Losing baby weight is HARD and we're all between 3-5 months pp. It's more common for mommies to have a lot of weight to loss still. I think it's always a process of trial and error to find what works best for you. Find what keeps you motivated and that you can integrate as part of your lifestyle. I personally just like to eat reasonably, meaning eat healthily most of the time, but not denying myself a treat or "good" meal in moderation. I have found the most success with the 80/20 rule. Eat healthy 80% of the time and indulge 20%. I try to eat clean for the 5 week days (but I still have a nightly treat) and I ease up a bit on the 2 days of the weekend. This is successful for many because it's very easy to stick to. I think my main thing is staying active. I love being active. You just have to find something that you like to do! Good luck!!!! I actually weight more now than I did just after having Ryan. I never had to deal with this before. After my first two I did NOTHING and was back to pre pregnancy weight/ size by 6 weeks!!! And even went lower with my weight. This time I really think being about 10 years older my body is just not so quick to snap back. I am still very active and more worried about being heart healthy than getting to a number on the scale BUT that said I am getting a bit sad about that number going UP not down!!
I track what I eat on Calorie Counter | Food Nutrition Data for Healthy Eating Choices and do Zumba, Pilates twice a week and lots of walking. I am giving myself the winter. When Spring kicks in I will really get my *** working out again!
