First mini goal reached!
I am down 33lbs now which not only means I am below 200 but also I am more than half way to my "goal" weight.
I put goal in quotations because I'm not positive I will stop once I get to 170. I may want to be less. I don't care about the actual weight, just that I am happy and comfortable. I want to be able to pick a shirt out of my closet and not feel like I don't look good!
My other mini goals are
-9 more lbs and I will be at my pre-pregnancy weight from when I got pregnant with all the boys by my 9 year anniversary at the end of March.
-Run 60 miles in a month (might be accomplished this month-up to 42 miles as of today)
-10lbs after those 9lbs I will be the same weight as I was after I lose 40lbs after having Vinny- hoping by June 1st
-Be in shape enough to do a 5k with obstacles without having an asthma attack at the end of June!
