I enrolled at the YMCA back in October. Best thing I ever did!
I don't go for their religious reasons, but to simply work out.
I love the variety of classes they offer, I love their financial assistance to our family, and, free daycare while there!
So, at first, I was overwhelmed and intimidated, so I didn't go much.
But, now I have a whole routine.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30p I take a step aerobics class. On Mondays I do Yoga. And today, I did my usual step class, but I stayed and did body bar.
HOLY COW! That was intense!!
When the class was over, I couldn't feel my legs. I was all like jello!!
But it was amazing!!
I love working out. I love how it hurts. And I love how it boosts my attitude!

Woot! Go you! Also I totally started singing YMCA when I saw the title....I wish I could say in my head.
I do work out (I'm sexy and I know it...), I run every morning and I try to hit the gym at least every week day. Usually my Manny meets up with me and DD hangs out in the daycare they offer while we get crazy competivie with each other. I suck at going on weekends. But I still run on the weekends. Its like my routine, just like I brush my teeth I go for a run. DP likes to run after work, so she'll go in the evenings. It's funny we're both runners but usually don't go together. Sometimes on the weekends we'll go for a nice long jog/walk with DD in the jog stroller.
