1 pound of fresh shrimp
8 tbsp of butter
2 cloves garlic minced
8 oz of mushrooms
5 tbsp of sour cream
1 cup of parmesan or romano cheese
1 pound of cooked spaghetti
Saute mushroom, garlic and shrimp in butter 5-8 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Stir in sour cream and cheese Mix till blended. Pour over hot pasta
