    1998 diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease
    2006 started ttc #2
    April 2009 had fertility workup done
    May 2009 found out fallopian tubes were blocked/ had laproscopy
    July 2009 first round of Clomid 50mg and trigger shot...also started Prometrium 100mg
    August 2009 Clomid 100mg and trigger shot.....also took Prometrium 200mg
    September 2009 150mg Clomid and the trigger shot...also Prometrium 300mg
    October 2009 150 mg CLomid, trigger shot, Prometrium 300mg, and IUI
    End of October 2009-November 2009 Follistim 150 IUI, Prometrium 300mg, trigger shot, IUI
