Miscarriage yesterday

So I had a miscarriage yesterday at 9 weeks. I knew the risk was high but that knowledge still hasn't prepared me. Today I don't know whether I am coming or going. One minute I'm fine and not gonna let this get me down, determined to get on with things. The next minute I've just crumbled agin and can't stop crying. keep trying to look for the positives in this but it's so hard. I feel so empty and lost!

Judy I'm sorry to hear that you've suffered a loss :dothug:

Your feelings unfortunately are very much a part of the shock and grief of you tragic loss. Certainly wish that no one had to go thru it, but it hits us at different times and in different ways. There's no warning and when we're just trudging along thru a day then something triggers it and BAM the pain hits... heart hurts... full body hysterical crying... there's nothing that can shake it it seems. The simplest tasks seem incrediably hard. Over time the pain will lessen, it never totally goes away. That saying "time heals" is so true! Time does heal and you WILL get thru this extremely difficult time. I'm so sorry that it is so hard on you right now. The wound is gaping and fresh, so expect the unexpected... you will have allot of rough days and you will have some good, but having a good support system will help you weather this storm. I'm glad you have found JustMommies, you've come to the right place and think you'll find allot of ladies here with huge hearts & big arms.

I'm so sorry tho honey, please feel free to PM me anytime!

Here are some hopefully helpful things for you to read and might help you understand more... They helped me thru my losses.
