What are your plans this week?

Last week went really well in spite of my AF being here (she's still here). I'm hoping to do really well this week. I woke up in a bit of a funk but I'm starting to move out of it.

I plan to do 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio this week if all goes well.

How did your workouts go last week? We had some things pop up pretty last minute last week, so my workouts didn't go quite as planned....missed workouts Thursday-Sunday. :(

What are your plans this week? This Thursday - Saturday is pretty well out, but hoping to get a workout in everyday Today-Wednesday.
