How did it go last week?

What is your plan for this week?

I didn't really have one last week.

This week I plan to walk at least 3 times, and I'm thinking of starting up 30DS again.

I was at the gym 3 times last week, did yoga twice, and did a couple of workouts at home.

This week I plan to do about the same :)

This week I'm hoping to walk 4 days. Last week I did nothing.

Not so good last week but we had a stomach bug at our house so I was sick part of the week then taking care of everybody else.

Plan for this week:
Monday: Circuit workout - and I'm on the right track already got my workout in for today.
Tuesday - Cardio workout with some Tabatas
Wednesday - Hitt worklout with some Horizontal Conditioning
Thursday - Barre workout
Friday - Circuit workout

Last week went about as well as expected. I was sick for a day early in the week and then we were gone Thursday - Saturday. I got in all the miles I needed to meet my goal for March though!

I'm switching things up a bit this month....
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I'll be walking (Leslie Sansone Videos)
Tuesday, Thursday I'll be doing some toning
Saturday I'm going to be trying out some of my other videos just to mix it up (stability ball, kick boxing, ballet, etc)
Sunday is my rest day.
