Motivate Me Monday
 
I need some motivation girls. Anyone else?

I thought it would be fun to do some different things on the board so I am going to start posting a "Motivate Me Monday" thread every Monday and this is how it will work.

Everyone that wants extra motivation can participate by posting a personal challenge to the thread. For every like your post gets you will have to do whatever your own personal challenge was 1 time for each like. For example if I posted, "Motivate me to do pushups today. I will do 1 push up (or 5 crunches, or whatever you want to do) for every like my post gets.

Make sense?

50 crunches done! Also went ahead and did 50 reverse crunches too. :)
