How often do you look at the back side of your body?
 
Do you do exercises that work your back or the back of your legs or arms? How often do you check out your backside?

I find myself looking in the mirror regularly to see if I am making any progress. I try to work every muscle group and have gotten very interested in how my back looks. I'd really like to have a sexy back because I think women sometimes neglect this area and I think it would be cool.

I check my back side quite a bit. I keep waiting to see "the roll" under my shoulder blades get smaller and to see more definition (and maybe a little lift) in my butt. :)

I check all the time. I have tree trunk thighs and a Kim Kardashian bum so I watch it all the time. I wish the squat challenge I did shrunk them more than it did. I'll have to keep an eye on my back after reading this :)

I think legs just take longer. I keep waiting to notice a difference in my legs and butt and I think there has been some change. It's just real slow.

I check quite often, especially now that I'm almost finished the squats challenge. I do agree that leg work seems to take longer than elsewhere!
