TMBM with a twist
 
Let's do fitness style TMBM. I will start with the member below me will do some type of exercise, such as push ups, squats, crunches, etc. If you decide to take the challenge, then you post a new request for the next person. Make sense? Let's see if we can keep this thread going. :)

TMBM will do 10 sit ups.

Done with 15 lb weights.

10 Plie squats done with 2 5 pound dumbbells (don't have any heavier than that).

TMBM will do 1 30 second side plank (per side). :)

The member below me will do 15 bicep curls using a weight that works for them. Tell me what weight you used.

15 bicep curls done with 5 pound weights (the biggest I have right now....hoping to get heavier ones soon.)

TMBM will do 10 squat presses.

10 squat presses done!!! 5lb weights are my biggest, looking to possibly pick up 8lb ones this week!

TBPB will do one 60 second plank.
