Post below with your goals for the week. Also let us know how you did with last week's goals.

How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

My goals for this week:
Work out at least 5 days.
Walk/run 10 km.
Drink at least 60 oz of water/day.

Goals for this week:

1. Walk at the park or around the block 5 days.
2. Start walking in the morning and evening.
3. Watch food portions.

My goals for this week:
Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks, stop eating after 7pm (every day)
Do 30 minutes on the elliptical x3
Do 6 days of strength training.

Made myself some big goals. Hope this helps keep me on track. I will be sad if I'm the only one stuck on level one. LOL.

My Goals:

1. get to the gym a minimum of 3 days this week
2. jog 3 miles every day for 5 days and 6 miles one day
3. seriously limit my chocolate intake.

My goals:
Do at least 3 days of arms and abs.
Walk at least 20 miles.
45/90 2 miles 3 times.

- week 3 of Couch to 5K (3 sessions)
- 2 days of strength training

Walk 12 miles with Leslie
Workout (anything other than walking) for 90 minutes

3 cardio workouts
2 weight or circuit workouts
Keep my weight watcher points at 33 points or below for atleast 4 days.

I didn't do this last week. Guess I missed the posts. But I'm game.

My goals:
Walk for 30 minutes each morning. Walk for 45 minutes 3 evenings.
Lose 1 lb
Go to bed early

My goals for this week are:
Work out on the treadmill 4XW.
Take my lunch to stay out of the FF drive thru.
Start logging my food and exercise again.

my goal is to just burn 600 calories a day at least...I have been hitting that and then some :)

A little late to this... but my goals:

Lose at least 2 more lbs - hoping for more :)
Bump up to 40 minutes on the elliptical
Eat clean and healthy meals :)
