I did an hour of strength training - lower body. Had a great workout. Upped almost all of my weights!!!!

I didn't do anything except the wall squat from the dare thread, wasn't feeling well today!

I did 3 60-second planks, 30 lunges while holding two 10lb weigths, also did bicep curls, triceps, arm dips, and a couple other arm exercises.

I had a disappointing day. I ran 3 miles, two times...so 6 miles total, but it was gym day, and I didn't go. I also ate too much candy :- (.
