I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and I am so excited about it. I made a goal to do the elliptical for 30 mins three times this week and that was my third day on elliptical so I've met part of my goals already. Now I just need to do my strength training, which I will do later.

I did an hour and a half of strength training - upper body and abs.

I did week 3 session 3 of C25K!!! And I jogged for 5 minutes at the end :D:D:D

I didn't do ANY of my strength training this week...I am possibly going to be able to do one tomorrow. My goal was 2 :(

Walked 5 miles. I'm up to 13 out of the 20 I wanted to do this week.

Strength tonight. Gonna have to do it tonight and tomorrow to get my goal.

I walked/ran about 3K this morning, and did an arms/abs circuit tonight.

2.1 miles on the treadmill in the afternoon, 45 min strength training at the gym & 20 minutes of intervals tonight.
