Post below with your goals for the week.
Also post and tell us if you accomplished your goals from last week to level up.

I will update the list as people post to this.

How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

This week's goals:
I'm making my goals a little lighter this week because I'm in a bit of a rut and just want something I can do this week to get me back on track.
Do 20-30 minutes on the elliptical 3 times this week.
Do 3 upper body workouts and 3 lower body workouts


Last week's goals:
I was doing so good until the end. I had a migraine on Saturday so I decided to take that as my rest day and workout on Sunday but then Sunday I was so sick. I'm not sure what's wrong but I've been running a low fever and still don't feel well. So, no, I didn't accomplish my goals last week. Kind of bummed. :(

My goals for this week are to increase my workout time to 4xW. Stay away from the fast food and to start strength training.

Nope I didn't take my lunch Thursday or Friday. So I didn't meet my goals either. :(

I did week 3 of C25K but I only did one day of strength training so I am still at level 1.

This week...
- week 4 of C25K
- 2 days of strength training
- have at least two servings of vegetables every day

My goals for this week are.

1- Get back on track with water. Minimum 60oz ice water per day. (I'm setting it low this week, will bump it next week)
2- Start using the weights. Aiming for every other day. No idea on reps yet.
3- Break out the wii at least once. I have several exercise games collecting dust.
4- Avoid too many AF cravings.

My AF's are rather awful and I forgot to take my aspirin this cycle, so it's not likely I'll get much else done until she's gone. Working out at home is cool, outside of the house just won't happen.

How did you do with last week's goals? Are you ready to move up a level?

This week: Gonna aim a little lower this week and see how it goes.
15 miles walking.
2 days abs and arm.
2 days 45/90 2 miles.

Last week: I did 18 out of 20 miles walking last week, 2 out of 3 abs and arms days, and 0 out of 3 of my 45/90 2 miles. The weather sucked all week so I didn't go to the park to walk/run as much as I'd hoped. But I had a lot of errands and stuff that kept me out and about a lot so at least I kept active.

I didn't meet my goals last week.

My goals for this week are:
-Walk 3 times this week
-Do any workout (besides walking) 3 times this week
-Create an upper body and a lower body workout routine for myself to do with DH's weight machine and my hand weights
-Set my goals and reward for June
-Take new progress pictures

Last week's goals:
Work out at least 5 days.
Walk/run 10 km.
Drink at least 60 oz of water/day.

I managed to complete them all! Going to shoot a bit higher this week :)


This week's goals:
Walk/run 15km.
Work out 5x.
No eating after 9pm (I'm BAD for eating late!)

I met some of my goals but not all of them, so I'm still on level 1.

This week's goals are:
Walk for 30 minutes every day.
Lose 1lb
Eat less

I hate the 2ww so mine will be less about exercise because I am mental :blush:

Goals this week:
Minimum 60oz water per day (I am currently BAD)
Go to the next WW meeting
Track at least 6 days this week strictly
Eat at least 6 fruits & veggies/day
Walk outside at least once
Yard work 2x this week (hour at least)

ETA: Oh I almost forgot! Get a :bfp: LOL! :D

I did good on all my goals last week. I think this week, my goals are going to be exactly the same + I want to get into planking this week.

1. Stay away from the chocolate
2. Get to the gym 3 days this week
3. Run at least 3 miles 5 days this week, and 6 miles one day
4. Plank (I think maybe I'll aim for three- 60 second planks all 7 days of the week)

this weeks goals:
1. Try to workout 4 days this week with atleast one day being a total body weights workouts.
2. Do 10 minutes of plank work to help my abs at least 3 times.
3. Eating goal: Trying to keep my daily weight watcher points to 33 points for atleast 5 days.

Last week I did okay: I met my eating goal and but not all of my exercise goals. I wanted to workout 5 days and I only did 3 days and all were circuit workouts.

starting my week today since yesterday was Memorial Day

burn at least 3000 calories by Saturday (600 a day)
hit at least 15000 steps on my elliptical by Saturday
do kickboxing video twice do 30DS video twice this week
