Starting body fat: started measuring 5/20 35.8%
Total lost: 0.4%

Measurements:I usually take measurements monthly so I'll just use the ones I have from 5/6/2013, and I take lots of different ones but I'll just post Bust, hips, and waist. New ones I'll take friday and post next monday.
Last week's measurements: Bust 45" Hips 46" Waist 38"
Starting measurements:Bust 49" Hips 51" Waist 46"

Measurements:
June 1 Measurements:
wrist: 6
forearm: 10
upper arm: 13 (new didn't previously track this)
neck: 13
waist: 31.5
hips: 42.5
thigh: 25
calf: 15.5
chest: 32.5 (below) 39 (across)

2 inches lost during the month of May
13 inches lost since I started tracking them (some in December, some in February, some in April...)

I am not updating my stats this week, is that okay?

I just feel like at this point, it would just do more harm than good for me. I know I didn't do well last week, and I think if I see the number on the scale it's just going to make things worse. Like last week, I gained two lbs one day and couldn't get those two lbs off all week long, not matter what I did. It stressed me out bad. It's what ultimately led to my awful failure of a day yesterday. I just figured "well I'm not going to lose the weight anyway, so screw it." So, I am not going to weigh in this week. I need to take some time away from the scale and just refocus on healthy eating and adequate excercise (not under-doing it, or over doing it)
