I did a DVD called Cross Fire which is tabatas and some circuit training. I also did Get Rolling which is plank work with the stability ball. I wish I had time to do this one more often. My abs are on fire after doing it. I would definitely lose my mommy tummy if I did this one alot. Guess I need to try to find the time.

50 minutes of strength training.

Will be doing day 6 of the ab/squat challenge.

17 minutes on the elliptical
10 minutes of core work
5 minutes of stretching

So far, just chasing Josh around the playground and pushing the teeter-totter up and down as their wasn't anyone his size to do it with him.

Did about an hour of strength training, lower body. I didn't get it done till 11pm but I did it!
