I will update this as people post to it.

How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

Goals:

Work out four times, with at least one being on the elliptical.

Do core work during three of the workouts.

Drink 64oz water each day.

Log food in MFP every day.

I am happy to say I accomplished my goals last week, mostly because I kept things light, but I'm still happy. I think I am going to keep my goals light this week too just because I haven't been feeling well.

Goals: Workout at least 4 times this week, 2 upper body, 2 lower body
Workout on the elliptical (at least) 2 times for at least 20 minutes
Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.

Here are my goals this week:

Run 3 times, any distance
Work on some resistance: push ups, free weights twice this week.
Cut out 1 can of Diet Coke each day from my usual.

I'm very excited to report that I met my goals last week. I was finally able to get back into the swing of working out again and it's amazing how much better I feel on days that I workout than on days when I don't.

My goals for this week:
1. Work out 4 times, 2 days of cardio, one day of total body weight work and 1 day of circuit training.
2. continue to eat well and stay at our below 33 Weight watchers points for 5 days.
3. Do 3 10 minute core workouts.

I'm going to keep my goals basically the same as last week, just trying to add in some more core.

I did not meet my goals last week...do I drop down to level 1 or stay at level 2? I'm sure Patty will put me in the right place :) I only did 2 days of strength training and I've completely fallen off the bus for the ab/squat challenge. I did finish week 5 of Couch to 5K and drank lots of water.

This week:
- complete week 6 of Couch to 5K
- 3 days of strength training
- 1 serving of fruit every day

You stay the same. The levels just tell you how many weeks you have accomplished your goals.

This week:
Work out 4XW.
Start Week 1 of Couch 25K
No sodas (again)
Start resistance work.

I finally met a week of goals! I went light on my workouts last week because I was gone for the first part of the week and had pretty well fallen off the band wagon...needed to get myself started again. I got 2 workouts in and a list of lower body and a list of upper body workouts to do on DH's weight machine and with my free weights done.

This weeks goals:
Work out 5 times
Log all 7 days on MFP

Last week's goals:
*Drink at least 60 oz of water/day.
*Walk/run at least 12km.
*Strength train at least 4 times.

I made them all!

This week's goals:
*Walk/run at least 13 km.
*Drink at least 60 oz of water/day.
*Stick with squat, ab, and push-up challenges this week.
*Strength train at least 4 times.

Yet again I didn't meet mine. I've been having a hard time with motivation the last few weeks. The next 2 weeks I have family visiting so I'm going to sit them out goal wise because I won't really be keeping track of things.

1 - Continue with minimum 60oz water
2 - Stick to the Wii workout schedule (Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun)
3 - Get in at least one walk (this is a cheat, cause the walk is already planned for tonight )
4 - Not go shopping hungry. I've had subway once this week already, I don't need it again!


Alas I ended up in pain with the wii and did not complete that, so I didn't meet all the goals.




1- continue with the water
2- use the wii 3x this week
3- go for a walk.
4- fill the fridge with veggies from the farmers market on Saturday (if they have any that is LOL)

I accomplished my goals from last week!! YAY ME!!!!

my goals this week are to just get my ab/squat challenges done and get on the elliptical 3x this week (busy week with ballet starting)

I accomplished my goals except one.. I slept through breakfast at least three days last week and then didn't eat until later in the day. So, close, but I guess I stay at Level 1. :)

My goals this week..
Diet: 2-3 quarts water daily, eat breakfast for real!

Exercise: three days walking or biking, try the pilates video from the library at least once.

I thought I wasn't going to accomplish mine but since I finally lost weight - I reached my goals!!

My goals for last week:
**Loose at least 1 pound. - - - I lost 3 - YEA!!!
**Do the 2 mile workout challenge at least 3 x's - - - - I did the 2 mile workout 4 times last week
**Start squats and crunches challenge and do it at least 3 days - - - - - I did it everyday except the day/s that the challenge stated I need to rest


My goals for this week:
**Stay at the same weight (or loose) and not gain any back
**Continue the squat and crunch challenge - this one is getting harder for me
**Do 2 mile workouts at least 4 times this week
**Do at least 1 day of working out 3 times (I'm doing this in order to try and get myself to workout in the morning rather than late afternoon).
**Go on a bike ride (any distance) at least 2 times

This is my first time in this post, so my only goal for this week is to loose the weight I gained last week.

Well I just found out I AM pregnant so have to figure out what I can do to keep fit and not gain too much weight.

My goals this week are to

- research fitness and pregnancy
- no more than 1 medium iced capp a day (for pregnancy and weight loss)
- do one fitness exercise at least 3/week other than my usual walking.
