what is your mini daily goal for today???


my normal exercise time has been 2 hours....I want to do an extra 30mins today :)

I want to find a new challenge to start for the month, and I also plan to do a 30 min arms/ab workout.

my goal is to have some fun at the park and beach with the kids this afternoon, and then do my regular workout this evening. :)

so far I did 107mins of work out today need to do 43mins more to complete my mini goal of 2.5hours
