Tuesday 8/27- Challenge 1
 
Take it to Failure Challenge: Pick any exercise below and do the exercise to failure (until you can't do one more rep). Worth 2 points.

Push ups, bench dips, squats, calf raises, or lunges

Post below with what you chose and how you did.

50 calf raises ouch! now I got a starting point for those on how many I can do LOL

I chose pushups. I only made it to 17. :) Went down for #18 and couldn't get back up. My arms are still sore from yesterday!

I chose squats and decided to do them weighted. I only had 55 pounds to put on the bar, did 8 reps. :)
