8/28 Wednesday Challenge 2
 
Do something different today. Make up a 15 minute cardio routine doing something you don't usually do or haven't done in a long time.
Such as:
Punch, kick or box
Dance
Interval or circuit train
Stair climbing
Playing tag with the kids
Anything that gets your heart rate up.
Post what you did below. Worth 4 points

well I am about to head out the door to take a walk...since I haven't actually gone WALKING in forever...just been running/jogging...so that is what I am gonna do!

I pulled my step out of the garage and did 15 minutes of step aerobics. It was fun! :)
