8/28 Daily Food Log
 
gonna start this up for everyone (hopefully I'll remember to post this daily LOL)


Breakfast: grilled cheese-home made bread, light mayo, muenster cheese, and country crock butter

Lunch: is going to be about a cup of spanish rice

Dinner: veggie lasagna with light italian cheese

Snacks: frozen strawberries

I don't even want to post this because my meals are so weird right now while I'm learning this diet. Eventually, hopefully they won't all be so blah. I am just going to post my meal plan and check off when I've eaten it.

Breakfast
cup eggmates w veggies and turkey (12g protein, 2 g carbs, 60 calories)
3 slices of turkey (15g of protein, 3g of carb, 90 calories)

Snack
Sauteed tuna with veggies (18g protein, 2g fat, 90 calories)

Lunch
2 slices of bread (5g protein, 19g of carbs, 2g of fat, 70 calories)
8 oz of ground turkey (42g of protein, 16g of fat, 340 calories)
box spinach (3g of protein, 4g carb, 30 calories)
cup cantaloupe (7 carbs, 26 calories)

Snack
1 vanilla greek yogurt cup (15g protein, 17 g carbs, 130 calories)
cup peaches (8 carbs, 30 calories)
cup cantaloupe (7 carbs, 26 calories)
1 slice of turkey (5 g of protein, 1 carb, 30 calories)

Dinner
8 oz tilapia (40g of protein, 2g of fat, 180 calories)
box spinach (3g of protein, 4g carb, 30 calories)

Snack
Canned chicken (18g of protein, 1 g of fat, 90 calories)

176 g of protein, 72 g of carbs, 21g of fat, 1222 calories

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and honey.

Lunch: 6 inch Subway melt sandwich.

Supper: Enchiladas.

Lunch: egg salad sandwich, chocolate milk, yogurt
Snack: mini bag of chips, chocolate chip cookie, cheese
Dinner: grilled chicken, KD, spinach salad
Snack: apple crisp
