breakfast: 2 cups of hot tea, 2 pieces of homemade toast with Jiff Peanut butter

lunch: 1/2 stuffed red bell pepper

dinner: baked chicken, rice, and green beans

snacks: apple, oatmeal cookie, lipton rice sides


total calories: 1792
daily goal: 2016
remaining: 224

I'm not logging my food today. I need a couple days to get a new game plan for my meals.
