Dod my 10 minutes each on both the elliptical and the rowing machine and was less tired this time. I might be able to bump myself up higher on the elliptical.

20 minutes of kickboxing (2 sections of 10 minute solutions knockout body dvd) - would have done more but was giving me shin splints for some reason. Also did 50 calf raises, 40 ab flexes on the weight machine, 50 plie squats, 40 regular crunches, 20 oblique crunches, 10 push ups, and 3 burpees.

10 minutes of body weight exercises. Small, but an improvement!
